1. The controller of personal data is nCage Therapeutics sp. z o.o. with its headquarters in Krakow (30-348) at ul. Profesora Michał Bobrzyńskiego 14, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000813543, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, using the NIP number 676-257-40-04.

2. The controller can be contacted via the e-mail address info@ncage.org, or in writing to the address of the controller’s registered seat.

3. In connection with the functioning of our website, we collect and process:

     1. the identifier assigned to the visitor (ID) and the associated statistical information about visits to our website and

     2. the server logs – user’s activity during a visit.

The collected data is used to handle the server requests and perform statistical analysis of users’ activities on the website, i.e. know the transparency of the website and its content, monitor how users navigate the website and which content is attractive to them. We conduct these activities in order to understand the needs of our users and to increase the communication, educational and usability values of our website.

5. The personal data we collect is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds:

     1. data collected with the use of cookie technology, used to analyze the behaviour on our website, are processed on the basis of voluntary consent, which can be withdrawn at any time (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR and Article 173 of the Telecommunications Law Act).

     2. server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), which consists of the security reasons and safeguarding the legitimate interests of the data controller.

     1. website administration;

     2. data hosting;

     3. analyzing user behavior (Google LLC, on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses; if it is necessary we collect necessary explicit consent of the user).

2. Data processed using cookie technology is processed for the following time:

     1. log data: 14 days

     2. cookie data: 180 days.

3. Each person whose personal data is processed, has the following rights:

     1. access to data,

     2. data corrections,

     3. the right to be your data forgotten,

     4. the right to limit processing your data,

     5. the right to transfer your data,

     6. the right to object to further processing.

4. In addition, users also have a right to withdraw their consent at any time.

5. Every user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they conclude that our practice violates the law.

6. Providing personal information related to cookie identifiers is voluntary. Data related to server logs is collected automatically and it is necessary to perform access to our website.
