Tomorrow, 24th September, nCage’s CEO John Bason is presenting at Prague Bio. The conference is one of the biggest biotech events in the CEE and presents an opportunity to meet collaborators and future partners. nCage will present recent proof of concept data demonstrating a T cell response using our programmed delivery of internal antigen. Programmable opening and closing is a unique feature of nCage’s synthetic VLPs, allowing for the targeted delivery of different antigens or therapeutics. nCage has utilized the feature to deliver peptide antigens to antigen-presenting cells (APCs). Initial results show an increase in cytotoxic T-cell response compared to peptides not delivered using a TRAP cage system. The promising results provide the potential for unique and cutting-edge synthetic vaccine candidates.
